Common questions

How do I restore my purchases?
Open any paywall in the app → tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the screen.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → find Lifemaxr → tap Cancel subscription.

My transform didn't generate — what do I do?
Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, delete and re-add your photos and try again. If it continues, email us with a description and we'll help.

I was charged but didn't receive my unlock.
Tap Restore purchases on the paywall. If that doesn't resolve it, email us at support@lifemaxr.com with your Apple ID email and we'll look into it.

How do I delete my account / data?
Email privacy@lifemaxr.com and we will remove your account data from our systems.
